How long does it take to get my logo?
Your first concepts arrive in 2 to 3 business days on most packages. The Premium and Maximum packages are delivered in 48 hours.
How many revisions do I get?
It depends on the package: Standard 2 revisions, Premium 3, Professional 4, Maximum 8. Brand identity packages and custom graphic design include unlimited revisions.
What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is a single mark. A brand identity is the complete visual system around it: the logo, colour palette, typography and the stationery that applies them, such as business cards, letterheads and envelopes. Our brand identity packages design these together so your business looks consistent.
What files will I receive?
You receive your final logo in all common formats, including vector files, so it can be used on a website, on social media, on printed materials and on signs.
Do I own the logo?
Yes. When you have approved the design and your payment is complete, the final logo is yours to use. We never resell it. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Which payment methods can I use?
PayPal (which also accepts debit and credit cards) works worldwide. Customers in Bangladesh can pay with bKash. All prices are in US dollars.
