However, to ensure a fair process for our design team, please review our refund conditions below:
- Approved Designs: Once you have officially approved a design, we can no longer issue a refund for the payment
- Project Cancellations (50% Refund): If you choose to cancel an ongoing project before approval, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund of your total package or invoice amount
- 7-Day Request Window: To cancel a project and claim a refund, you must contact us immediately. All refund requests must be officially submitted within 7 days.
- Delayed Communication: If you notify us late about your intention to cancel an ongoing project, we will not be able to process a refund.
- 10-Day Feedback Policy: Timely communication is vital for project success. We wait a maximum of 10 days for your feedback on any delivered concepts. If 10 days pass without any response, LogoDesignBD will no longer be responsible for the order, and the project or cancellation amount will be forfeited.
